Seeing The Smallest Details

I always carry a loupe with me. In my business it is important to see
the finest details or the smallest writing or mark on jewlery, watches
and other small objects. A loupe is a small pocket magnifier that a
jeweler uses to inspect his wares. It allows one to see the
imperfections in a diamond that to the naked eyes might otherwise seem flawless. In my case I use it to look at not only diamonds but to see gold or silver marks and makers marks but also the finest details of, for example, God's tiny critters, flower pedals and such up close and personal. It makes seeing the finer details of small things strikingly clear.

Last night I had a dream in which a wise old friend asked me to find for him a loupe, but not an ordinary 10x power jewelers loupe, he wanted one
that would look even closer at the smallest details and composition of
things. He wanted to see the smallest particles that compose things.

The problem with this world is the lack of good natured correction,
and the acceptance of it. Good natured correction can not be unless a
good natured person sees and says what he sees. even the smallest of things.
It is amazing how the world is always trying to squash good natured correction of one and another. It hurts and like an ego it does not want to hurt and will hurt back those that
hurt it. And like an unwise mother might protect her child, will rush to defend those in its charge from all hurt and suffering, even if it is good for the child to receive it.
If you worked for my wise, old friend you had better have thick skin because near daily you will
receive good natured correction. It is what Love does. It wanted another to see its errors and faults so that it might, in the seeing, leave the error and fault behind. Loves nudges another away from error and toward perfection.

I was explaining to a friend yesterday that the problem with the far left is that it wants to take away everyones suffering. But given that the Way of the Universe is that we learn by what we suffer, the left
is as anti-spiritual growth as the far right, which doesn't give a damn about anybody's suffering at all. The center will indeed teach a man to fish so that he will not go hungry and suffer needlessly.
